Romo is playing us in the Burgh. His finger has a booboo. The Cowboys are overrated.

Favre is playing in San Fran. Their defense is not great. The weather should be fine.

Decisions decisions...

That's my initial thought, but I'm also thinking the Girls will have to pass the ball about 50 times, since NO ONE runs on the Steelers.

I'd go with Favre too.

I don't see Romo having over 200 yards passing and god forbid he throws into tight spots against the Steelers secondary. I think the boys will come out early trying to run. Now with the Jets, they will run against the 9ers and will then have great play action pass off of their run. They left the run way too early last week against Denver and won't make that mistake again.

Favre for sure.

Favre has the way better matchup. But CBS projects Romo for over 300yds, 3TD's and 3INT's. And isn't SF's secondary suspect?

to not let my homerism get in the way, i would have to say it depends on if you want to play it safe or not. if your willing to risk getting low points but the upside is much more, go with romo. i would not be in total and complete shock if he does throw for 250 and runs for 50 and a couple td's or a rush td and like someone else said, they will get their yards and its not going to be by the running game. the safer player is favre but his upside imo is low because the jets have figured out they need to run more to be successfull.

I would - especially if it snows. The game won't be played in beautiful 75-degree weather. The last decent defense they faced was the Redskins and they kept them in check. Our defense is a few notches better than the Redskins' - and everybody else's for that matter. That's not homerism - it's fact. That combined with the winter weather which the Cowboys are not used to playing in? Rev, you're pretty much assured of getting next to nothing out of Romo this week - book it. Go with Favre.

I would pick Farve.

He is playing against San Francisco. Period.

SF's offense can't keep the ball. Their defense can't give them the ball back.

Plus, SF is out of the playoff hunt already. I doubt very much they will put up much of a fight. The Jets however, have to prove they can win after last week, and also have to remain 1 up on the Pats, who are playing another cake-team in Seattle.

When you need someone to take over a game and win it... you go with Farve.
