Some Buffalo Bills fan clubs across New York, Pennsylvania and southern Ontario, are urging fans to wear orange Saturday night when the Bills (4-9) close out the home portion of their schedule against the Denver Broncos (10-3) at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

That's the color of Buffalo's opponent, and organizers of the "orange in" are calling it a "subtle protest to express dissatisfaction with the current state of affairs in regards to the Buffalo Bills' upper management."

Organizers are requesting that each fan wear a piece of apparel in bright orange ? a hat, coat or gloves ? but not anything that has a Broncos logo.

Many ticket holders said protest signs and paper bags were confiscated by security personnel during last Sunday's 35-7 loss to New England, which eliminated the Bills from playoff contention for a sixth consecutive year and fifth under GM Tom Donahoe.

"A distinctively colored piece of clothing may be the only available option for demonstrating a unified message to One Bills Drive," said www.BuffaloBillsInsider.com, where the protest has been organized.

Buffalo Bills beat writers Sal Maiorana and Leo Roth discuss Saturday's home finale against the Denver Broncos in their weekly podcast.

It looks like it's history for Mularkey and Donahoe in Buffalo.

pretty small time if you ask me, they could have made the playoffs just last year and were 9-5 entering their last game, we all know what happened :chuckle:
