Ok. So I just got a sweet new computer :applaudit:

My old computer couldn't handle streaming video if its life depended on it, so I never paid much attention to the program that has streaming NFL action I know some of you use.

Um... What's that web-site again? :chuckle:

I know... I know...

If I were more responsible I would just dig around for the information... but I'm not.

With that said, this can double as tonight's game-day thread :noidea:

I'd love to watch the game tonight streaming from the comp... Since I'm too cheap to buy the package with NFL Network.

As for the game...

How about a tie...

I can't choose... I want both to lose so bad...

How about it finishes tied, then both teams spontaneously combust?

I think I could live with that.

Also, I think channelsurfing.net is going to have the stream.

Yippee.

So I know that nfl.com streams all of the NFL network games online but I'm not sure if there is some restriction as to who can access the stream. I'm going to try for the first time tonight .

Go....c...ow...bo........ys. I forced it out of me.

I don't want to have to face Baltimore in the playoffs. They'll be out to intentionally injure our guys (specifically Ward, Ben, and Holmes). I'd rather them be sitting on their couches watching the playoffs...otherwise we'd be facing them in the divisional round.

the nfl network is treating this like the superbowl with their 3 hour kickoff "special".

its pretty disgusting. never has a regular season game gotten this type of hype.

not even a thursday night season opener...

i hate to wanna see the cowboys win, but i guess i gotta do it.

They do the 3 hr pregame before every one of their broadcasts - it's nothing new.

Deacon Jones saying he would have broken T.O.'s legs if he did that "running out to the star" stunt was pretty cool.

I agree. Hate both teams, but I hate the Ravens a tiny molecule more, and don't think it's very likely to beat a team 3 times in the same season, esp how pissed off they would be.

so the ravens dont get called for holding once against james harrison or the steelers, but get called on their 1st play tonight to send the message that the league wants d. ware to win the sack record. it worked. ware gets a sack w/in 3 plays.

IMO, he was an overrated wuss as a player too. I have no respect for a defensive player that's afraid of tackling and couldn't take a hit himself. He's also one of the primary assclowns that started that bojangling crap that is so popular nowadays - in other words, players dancing like asses after every play they make, no matter how routine.

Sanders, IMO, was a great player, yes, a bit of a punk back then, but he was an awesome player, and I thought was a fun player to watch. At least it was FUN back then. Now, there are these stupid, idiotic celebration penalties thanks to the fuddy duddies on the competition committees who are so into their PC world of "we must not hurt anyone's feelings." "We must not have any taunting." Today's game is the No Fun League. I enjoyed Deion Sanders. I think he is a HOFer. JMO

Well, that "victory" over the G Men was just a band aid over a bullet hole for one thing. Dallas is just like the San Diego Chokers, er Chargers.....a lot of talent, but way too much mouth. Now they are in REAL danger of NOT making the playoffs. BSPN was putting this team in the playoffs way too early and handing them the Lombardi too early. IMO

lol @ this dallas fan after loss

They just plain outplayed Dallas. The Ravens have a great team. I think they're definitely better than Pittsburgh. Flacco already looks better than Roethlisberger ever has.

Yeah, that would explain why we beat them twice already this year. Didn't see Ben coughing up any easy TDs to them the way Flacco did either. Sounds like someone with a bad case of sour grapes because they root for a bunch of chokers. :coffee:

Flacco had a 22.6 passer rating and couldn't crack 100 yards passing against the Steelers last week, at home no less. He had 1 TD pass, 3 INT, 2 fumbles lost (one of which was returned for a TD by Lamarr Woodley) and was sacked 7 times in both games, both losses. But he's "looked better than Ben ever has?":rofl: at the bitter Cowgirls fan!

The Cowboys are the pure definition of choke artists. The NFC's version of the San Diego Chargers. Overhyped underachievers.
