Ps2 Problem

My ps2 wont read any of my discs and was wondering if any of yall could tell me what I can do to fix it. Ive used a lens cleaner and it reads disc read error.

Probably have an issue with the lens, which is plastic and tends to scratch/scuff. I had to send mine back two times when it was fairly new because of this issue, and they had to replace the optic.
