Was Troy 100% today? I am a spoiled Steeler fan thats use to seeing 43 having 2 or 3 ridiculously good plays. I noticed he was not in on the Victory formation, and he missed some plays he usually makes. Just wanted to know if anyone heard anything? :noidea:

Hard to tell since he spent the entire third quarter on the sideline.

I saw him whiff on a tackle he would usually make, but stuff happens. :noidea:

Troy will make up for it next week, not to worry.

The whole defense deserved the break, if you ask me.

And if Troy wasn't feeling well, then it was a double blessing.

Yea he didn't seem like himself. My guess is because SD abandoned the run.

I have become way to use to the automatic big play on D. Hope Troy heals up if anything is up.

It was revealed on the Cooler Talk post-game show on DVE that Troy had an intestinal problem (stomach virus) before the game. So that may have hindered his play a bit.

I doubt he was too bad.

Don't forget. With the big pass for a TD in the beginning, Troy started playing deep center field.

It would have more than hindered me! Get well soon, Troy. We need you 100% next week!

He definitely didn't seem like himself. He couldn't keep up with Sproles and really wasn't a presence out their at all. He will play better next week though.

I would buy that. Its amazing how much of an impact he has on the game. The D played good today, but there were a couple of plays that SD made and TP would normally have shut them down. Just reinforces my belief this is the best D to put on cleats in 20 yrs or more.

Indeed, bring back the Steel Curtain, no doubt here.
