His presence in the stadium and on the sidelines was immense, It definitely provided a motivational boost to the team.

Was he on the jumbotron a lot? They showed him on TV minimally

He was on the Jumbotron for the coin toss and the kickoff IF im right,, but I got to see him from my view and he was on the sidelines most if not during the whole game, rooting on for the team but not acting as if he played. A couple of times he approached Willie Parker I guess to give him some advice, but just his presence there and his excitement was a boost to the team.

What I would do to sneak him in for a 4th and Inches. I bet he still is able to pick it up.

Bettis is in Shape man, and seeing how after the game he had like 450 mics around him I wonder if anyone asked if hell unretire if the Steelers make it to the Bowl lol. Is that even Possible?

Not possible, but I bet he would have done much better then anyone we currently have on 3rd and 4th and short situations.

Just wondering but does anyone think there would be a chance mr. cowher came b4 pregame? That would give the veteran players that played for him in the past a huge pickup, and the players of new would get a talk from a coaching legend as well. In a way im more hoping he's at heinz field on sunday! :tt:

This is Tomlin's team. I would imagine that Cowher would stay completely clear of the locker room or sideline.

cowher was there last year for the 75th celebration, but no.. he knows its tomlin's team and will end up cheering like a typical fan.

No way...he wouldn't want to upstage Tomlin.

Only way Cowher enters the locker room or the sideline is if he is invited by Tomlin.

Cowher: Too much class to upstage Tomlin.

Tomlin: Too good a coach to need Cowher to come motivate

Bettis: Should quite that idiotic TV job and take up a REAL job. . . like being the RB coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Would love to see Bettis as a running backs coach on the Steeler sidelines, remember he was the one who told Parker how he was going to break a record setting run in the Super Bowl.
