Black & Gold Cake shots

This is a variant on a "Pineapple upside down cake" shot

1 ounce vanilla vodka
2 ounces pineapple juice

Mix with ice & strain into small glass

Put some black food coloring (http://www.mccormick.com/Products/Extracts-and-Food-Colors/Food-Colors/Black-Food-Color.aspx) into your bottle of grenadine

SLOWLY pour a little of the black grenadine into it, it will settle on the bottom

VOILA! Black & Gold shot! (tastes like a pineapple upside down cake!)

im not sure if anyone else has had this, i heard about it at our local steelers bar.. but its a different drink called a "Roethlisbomb" and its goldschlager mixed with jaeger and finished off with some red bull.. its deadly but delicious! haha
