Hello Steeler fans,
My name is Brent. My wife, Tina, and I live right near the Orlando International Airport. We are only 1.5 hours away from Super Bowl 43, but I have been unemployed since November 3rd, 2008 so we had no hope of being able to afford to go :banging: . Who knows...maybe our Steelers can make it again to #44 in Miami next year and I will be able to go :tt02:

I was born in Franklin, PA (about 1.5 hours N. of Pittsburgh) and have been a Steeler fan since I can remember watching the games with my father starting in about 1974. I have a lady fellow Steeler fan, and Pittsburgh native, that lives across the street from me so we watch a lot of the games together with her and her husband...problem is...her husband is a Patriots fan,,,:blah::rofl:

Gald to be here and look forward to enjoying the Steeler fan company :drink:

hi brent an family.

i think you should make some easy $$ and offer rides to tampa and back. im in orlando, now on vacation now, and would have done anything else -than rent a car to drive to tampa...like i have done. i looked up and down for other ways to get to the big game..other than renting....but to no avail.

had to rent a car and buy a parking pass, unfortunatly.

If I were only licensed to drive a vehicle big enough to carry 30- 40 people, I could make out prettty good on that one. I have been thinking of getting my CDL...guess I should have...

Thanks for the welcomes ya'll :drink:

Hi! I did my undergrad at UCF so I am familiar with the area. I used to go to Froggers in Oviedo to watch the games when I lived down there - whole place was black and gold on Sundays. :D

Yep...Froggers is a big Steeler place. I used to frequent the one in Ocoee when I worked out there.
