I love Unforgiven. Clint Eastwood is a true american badass. I remember going to my paps after school and usually at 8 years old you would be watching smurfs and care bears but my pap was always watching gun slinging westerns. I guess thats what ya get from a WW2 vet and Card carrying NRA member. Wow i loved that guy.

Patton( one of the best movies ever made...George C Scott is magnificent in that role..PERFECT), Saving Private Ryan, Operation Pacific, Back to Baatan..the list goes on.

Dark Knight (that movie is awesome!)

A Few Good Men (one of the funniest non-comedies I've watched in ages)

Braveheart is another movie I know I can watch over and over again. Great battle scenes, plenty of humour (especially the Irishman) sprinkled in...all in all a good time.

There are a lot of other movies I could easily include and not fee like I've been let down.

Wedding Singer, 50 First Dates, Varsity Blues, Batman Begins, The Program, the last Die Hard movies (especially the last one), any of the Lethal Weapon movies...

It's impossible for me to narrow it down to three. The only thing I know for sure is that The Empire Strikes Back is my favorite movie. Others in the running would be:

LOTR Trilogy
Batman Begins/The Dark Knight
The Thing
The Dead Trilogy (i don't like to acknowledge land or diary)
Das Boot
Alien/Aliens
Vertigo
Chinatown

I'll stop now. Pittsburgh's in the goddamn Super Bowl:tt02:

Good Stuff. When i played football we always had this scene at the beginning of our pregame mixtape. Gets me fired up to this day when i hear or see it.

Aye, fight and you may die. Run, and you'll live... at least a while. And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willin' to trade ALL the days, from this day to that, for one chance, just one chance, to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they'll never take... OUR FREEDOM!

BWAHAHAHAHA :sofunny::sofunny:

I just had a sick thought. You said Manly Man...and it reminded me of Robin Hood, Men in Tights

We're Men...we're Men in tights (high-pitch) TIGHTS (back to normal) tights. LOL

It's sick, but whatever. Then again, I have that song in my head because I have another version of it that I used to get my 2 year old son to not be afraid of the bathtub.

We're men, with floating ba!!s
We're the luckiest sex of them all
Big muscles and strong bones
We don't have hormones
Yes we're lucky to be men with floating ba!!s

I won't go into the other verses...but it's humorous...and he enjoys bath time now. Whatever works.

I love war & military movies, but have to go with
#1 Heartbreak Ridge-I've already seen this movie 100 times & still love it!
#2 The Big Lebowski-I can't believe no one has mentioned this one!

Can't decide on # 3...It's gotta be a Star Trek movie, either the one with Khan or Nemisis.
There are too many good movies, though, it's way too hard to narrow it down to 3 . Impossible!

Rear Window is Hitchc0ck at his best, and I love the Stewart and Kelly chemistry also - but I always thought that Eva Marie Saint and Cary Grant were smokin' hot as a couple in North by Northwest.

Have you seen Strangers On A Train or Frenzy? Highly recommend those (except the uncut version of Frenzy has a disturbing rape scene).

So I jump ship in Hong Kong and make my way over to Tibet, and I get on as a looper at a course over in the Himalayas. A looper, you know, a caddy, a looper, a jock. So, I tell them I'm a pro jock, and who do you think they give me? The Dalai Lama, himself. Twelfth son of the Lama. The flowing robes, the grace, bald... striking. So, I'm on the first tee with him. I give him the driver. He hauls off and whacks one - big hitter, the Lama - long, into a ten-thousand foot crevasse, right at the base of this glacier. Do you know what the Lama says?
