artists help needed urgently

here is the pic i would like to turn into a drawing or sketch for a tattoo....also i would like to put all the roman numerals for the super bowls including the sixth one...im plannin on getting this tattoo..on monday hopefully..as longas we win an i get someone to help me out with the drawing
