I'm not going to rag their asses right now - this feels soooooo good, but the Steelers do need to make some changes for next season.

P.S. I'm still torqued off at Hartwig.

The O-Line was great! Who calls a hold in the end zone for a game changing safety.... in the Super Bowl! Hats off to them!

Absolutely.

We should have kept Mahan!

When it was time, the O line and Ben stepped up and did the job.

Ah, it's funny because our 1st round pick will probably be an offensive lineman, and it may look completely different next year.

Not sure about the quality of O-linemen at 32 in the Draft...

Man, I love picking 32nd...LOL!

Who calls a penalty in the endzone? A good referree who is watching for it.

Outside of a few holidings that they missed, and maybe 1 pass interference. I thought they did pretty good.

Hartwig, let him absorb the trophy now, but this o-line needs a revamping. Those 2 holdings were so stupid, I cant remember the last time i seen a center called for holding, let alone 2 of them in one game.

Arizona is not th egreatest pass rushing team and they got to bb way to much. Of course the other side of the coin is, BB is so great at moving around, it gets us a win.

Bring in Runyan for 2 years, draft a solid center who can start now. Sign one big name for the oline. We can't build within, we cant patch it, we need quality.

That was nice of Ben to so that on national television. Ben knows that they play the best they can and that they aren't top tier O-linemen but they try to protect him.

Ben shows true class, immediately stands up for those who had been criticized the most on the team & wanted to leave the interview & share it the moment with the O-Line.

True leader.

Oh heck, let's all be positive for awhile.

The O-Line is fantastic! They'll go down in history as one of the best O-lines ever!

I never stated or even implied that the Steelers should have kept Mahan!!! I am not, however, impressed with Hartwig - sorry.

That being said, however, I'm going to savor the victory.

I agree that they need to upgrade in the offseason, but that wasnt a hold by Hartwig.....the guy is getting run over and had his hands outside the frame instead of inside.

I'm torqued off at the ref for making that kind of call in a super bowl.

Please dont tell me you want Mahan back. :sweating:

The O line and yes....Arians came through big time tonight.

But I do hope they do some tweaking on the line before all their drop over from heart failure.

True, the only Arians hiccup was those passes to Carey Davis (not BA's fault that Davis is lousy) and going empty backfield on 2nd and 6 to get sacked for a 10 yard loss in the 4th.

I think the O line will see Starks, Kemo leave via free agency (and maybe Smith too if they cant sign him for cheap). Honestly I am fine with that.

The interior OL played an awful game for the most part..... but that's enough for now. Time to bask in victory. Next week, I hope the Colbert & Co. go back to work and start preparing to upgrade the OL.

I see a new OT, and a new center or guard training for the center position.
