Hi...Steelers fan from birth, Altoona, Pennsylvania. I remember my Grandpap coming over on Sundays to watch the games with my Dad...it was the early Seventies...great memories and it planted the seed. I am a die hard fan of the Greatest Six Time World Champion, Blue Collar, Most Physical, Most Awesome Football Team in the universe. Brand New to these boards, so Thankyou!

HERE WE GO!

Our SUPER BOWL Win is the greatest answer to the most shameful act that CBS Sports gave airplay to during the Titans game, the tramping of the Beloved Terrible Towel. That act was a slap in the face to the memory of our dear Myron Cope.
All of the haters at work, the poor, unfortunate Eagles fans...are still rubbing in their victory over us..I say let them have it...we didin't get to rematch them because they DID NOT make it to the Super Bowl...that is our greatest answer.
In the past, The Bengals have wiped their shoes with The Terrible Towel. And, the above mentioned blasphemy by the Titans. Poor sportsmanship, all around.
We are the Steelers Nation, we don't do that.
And we answered all of that with our Sixth World Championship Win!!!!!!!

Welcome John. I feel your pain with the nimble minded Beagle Fans. I had so many talk smack after that Sep 21st early season win. I got tired of trying to convey to them that it was a regular season game and nothing more. Then again b4 the Championship rounds were ever played all I heard was it is going to be an all Pennsylvania Super Bowl. The concept had still not sunk in that they had not won anything yet.

Guess what they still havent won anything and we have 6 LOMBARDIS!

So True! Why there are so many Philadelphia Buzzards fans where I work is beyond me, but they have been duly silenced. On a different note, I went to a local mall today and saw so many dressed up in Black & Gold, I figured some of them were band wagon jumpers. But, I guess that's okay...at least they are wearing the right colors since we're in CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA, Steelers Country!

Thanks to all! Steelersmongol, that graphic is so cool...it reminds me of those Upper Deck "flip" motion cards that were out a while back...
