Signature help forgot how to change?

I used to just pick a picture copy & paste then it was there. Now for some reason when I want to put a picture as my sig that option is not highlighted the copy one. Any help would be nice.

1) the pic you want to use must be hosted (photobucket, flickr, etc)
2) you must use the image tags: in front of the URL and at the end of the URL.
