Some time ago I remember reading a quote at the end of someones sig. It went something like this. "the guy on the other side of the ball has 2 choices, step up his game or get his a$$ kicked all day...." I don't remember exactly and not even sure who said it. I want to say it was a Greg Lloyd quote.. I've tried using the search thingy but no luck. I'm finally getting my Steelers tattoo in a couple of weeks and I would like to put this quote under it. Any help from the most knowledgeable fan base is much appreciated. http://forums.steelersfever.com/images/smilies/tt02.gif

now if its the mad dog white quote youre looking for, you may not find it in print. it is from the 1975 America's Game series on nfl network where he was 1 of the guest commentators-

"now you can take this ass whoopin' any way you wanna take it.... but youre gonna take it"

(just for accuracy, be sure to listen to the quote yourself or find it in print before you ink it on your body.)

I think that I recall hearing that statement. It seems to me as if it was Mean Joe Greene.

I am pretty sure you are correct and that quote was from Greg Lloyd in an interview, but not sure where or when....

The one from Dwight White is similar and correct from America's game....

I recall a Monday Night Game, in the mid-'70s, when Ernie Holmes said during the pre-game introductions

"..... were gonna come after them like a herd of tanks....."
