Seems all is right with the World. Prisco picked against us, which almost guarantee's a win...

On all the games this weekend I see alot of close games there are no real under dogs but I am really suprised that its 50 50 on the Jax NE game.

01-06-2006, 10:59 AM
You know, there's an awful lot of press all of a sudden about Jax...I really think the NFL is bending over backward to legitimize this game, and Belichick throwing the Miami game has probably ruffled some feathers...

the nfl is probably feeling a little guilty putting the jags in a cant win situation.
a florida team in foxboro in january at NIGHT? cant even give them a little sunlight to play in huh? but who knows? if cassell plays again the jags might have a chance.

i wonder how leftwhich's fractured ankle is gonna feel in sub freezing temp. he thinks it still hurts him now? i bet its gonna feel like its gonna shatter with every step he takes. playing a warm gerrard is probably the way to go.

Those are some of the worst picks I have ever seen.

I was just watchin 1st and 10 and they were split on this pick.

Hey, De Los Santos picked you...he's a stunning 122-131-5...I think the guy knows what he's talking about, don't you?

I think Harmon's the best of the bunch...although all this predicting will be a moot point come game time.

Anyone notice that these picks are against the spread, which means nothing!

ESPN's are all finally in and Mortensen was the ONLY person to vote for the Bengals, although Theismann would have probably....

01-07-2006, 02:29 PM
ESPN's is lobsided... No Jaguars, 1 Bengal, 1 Giant, 2 Redskins

The more people that pick the Bengals, the better it is for the Steelers. I'm sure a playoff-hardened team like Pittsburgh loves it when pundits shovel the dirt over their graves. Please, experts, help the over-confindent Bengals over-rate themselves and while you're at it, give a little more motivation to a team with a nasty disposition like the Steelers. I'm pretty sure the defense loves hearing the Bengals and the experts talk about the shift in power in the North. More power to them. Pick against the 'Burgh, but when you do, make sure the kitchen knows how you like your crow.
