Steeler killer - An individual player on an opposing team that always gives a hard effort when he plays the Steelers, usually racking up good stats against them. Wether on Offense or Defense. The one player you hate to play, and wish they wore Black and Gold.

Steve McNair instantly comes to mind.

On Defense, Rashean Mathis seems to be Steeler QB's favorite target outside of their own recievers.

Steve McNair by default.

Fred Taylor always tore us apart.
Mathis has at least 2 picks/ 1 for touchdown every time he plays us for Jax.
Neil O'Donnell is a Steeler killer along with Larry Brown.
Houshmenmomma had nice games for Cincy against any of our D's.
Carl Pickens I could never stand as well, he was a killer time and time again.
Hate to say it, but Tom Brady also. He torched us in '02, '04, '07 and '08. I want another shot at this piece of shit in the AFC Playoffs.

Tom Brady - Knows our defense better than we do.

Steve McNair

Michael Vick

Frank Wycheck

Algie Crumpler

Rashin Mathis

Priest Holmes

Fred Taylor

Maurice Jones-Drew

Drew Bennett

Don Beebe - even though Gary Jones lit him up on MNF.

Jim Kelly

James Brooks

Warren Moon and all his receivers from the late 80's...early 90's.

John Elway

Even though he only did it for one game...I still remember it as the Eric Metcalf game of 1993.

first person that popped into my mind was Steve McNair. I see a pretty good amount of him being the people's choice as the #1 steelers killer. Always seemed like no matter how bad his team was in Tennessee or how good our team was, he had huge games against us and made big plays all day.

One BIG Steelers killer comes to mind and though it was only for 1 game, it stopped us from going on to the AFCC in 2002.

Joe Freakin' Nedney and his Academy Award Winning performance. Still frosts my ass. :upyours:

Mcnair always seem to beat the Steelers from 1998-2003. Also Cliff Stoudt and anyone who started QB for the Steelers from 1984-2003

I'd say the Titans as a whole.

Jeff Fischer no matter how bad the Titans were doing, always seemed to be able to beat the Steelers. I remember one year back when they were still in the same division, they only won 2 or 3 games the whole year, both were against us.

It didn't matter how much they sucked, the one thing you could count on is that they could beat us, even if they couldn't beat their way out of a wet paper bag otherwise. .

And over the years that hasn't changed much. We can win and they're not unbeatable... but this is one team that on any given day they can absolutely smoke the Steelers.

Don't ask me why, it's just that they seem to have the Steelers number.

Corey Dillon isn't a Steeler killer.

Back in the day Carl Pickens or another Bungle receiver that I can't remember at the moment.
