yea, but once we're in the red zone, we normally just give it to the running backs and let them hammer it in. Unless the reciever gets a deep ball or breaks tackles, chances are he won't get a TD often. Especially with the way we are, we rarely ever air the ball out deep.

Plus the amount of balls dropped by both Wilson and Morgan this season puts a dent in the numbers. While I expected the number to be low, I did not expect it to be that low. It's still leaves a bad taste in my mouth knowing our 2nd, 3rd and 4th string WR's only have three TD's in sixteen games. Here's to hoping our running game is ready to go for three straight playoff games on the road. :nervous:

Not at all, not at all...we are tied for 6th in the NFL with 45 TD's, and, believe it or not, when you take out defensive and ST TD's, we are perfectly balanced, with 21 running and 21 passing.

Well, as I stated........here's to hoping our running game is solid. I'm not comfortable heading into the playoffs with Wilson or Morgan catching the ball If we decide that we need to throw the ball more than usual.

While I don't feel the stat that I pointed out is the downfall of Steeler civilization as we know it, it did make me look twice and gives me personally, some reason for concern. It basically shocked me more than it concerned me. Hopefully I'm wrong. :hope:

those guys only got three becuz hines and heath got 17 combined which is a good stat. so I'm really not worried that. Now if Hines and Heath had 3 total then I'd be worried.

Who cares about that stat when you have Hines Ward.

Morgan has made strides towards redeeming himself for drops. I think he should move up and get more playing time, he is the biggest target we got at wr

If the Cowher can stick to a running game I wouldn't worry so much about that stat this weekend.......THE BUS and FAST WILLIE will lead the way this weekend......

Here's a cool stat. The Steelers are 12-0 when Ben passes 20 times or less.
