This was nearly as bad as what someone posted over in the underworld today...

There are some real comedians "out there". :jawdrop::shake01::tap::smash::yikes:

What I'd find absolutely hilarious is if some airhead reporter picked up on this title, didn't bother reading the rest, and actually reported that there is a rumor TO is going to Pittsburgh.

I'd pick up TO for 1 year under the following circumstances.

1) 1 Year and no more
2) League Minimum

TO had a love affair his 1st season with Dallas and the 1st season with Philly.

Forced to sign a league minimum contract would even be a humbling experience for TO. He would shut his mouth and play for one year....and get his Super Bowl Ring

Father - c'mon. I realize it's the offseason and pickins are slim around here, but this thread is just plain STUPID with a capital S. Couldn't you have placed your original post in the enormous TO thread in the NFL forum? Sorry, but its a waste of bandwidth.

Which teams could be interested in T.O.?

Pittsburgh Steelers: Maybe
Owens doesn't seem like an obvious fit with the Steelers, but the club has strong locker-room leadership on both sides of the ball, and young Limas Sweed may not be quite ready to replace Nate Washington in three-WR sets. If Owens decides he's dedicated to winning a title, the Steelers would be an ideal landing spot for him. Of course, the Steelers would have to be interested, and that is probably a long shot.

"Great"? I prefer this board. It's civil.

If Owens decides he's dedicated to winning a title, the Steelers would be an ideal landing spot for him.

We have demonstrated that TO isn't a necessary ingredient to winning anything, much more titles. All the while, TO demonstrates that he is incapable of contributing to anything, much more a title.

03-05-2009, 08:08 PM
Yea I knew when I saw this that it wasn't true because we don't sign losers like TO, wait we don't sign anyone :) But as long as we keep winning super bowls It's all good.

TO should retire. Doesn't matter if he changes or not. Anything that goes wrong in the course of a season he will get the blame regardless if its his fault or not. Hopefully the Cowgirls can muster up enough ability to go to Miami next year so the Steelers can take 3 out of 4 on their ass.
