Like most of you, I just shook my head when I heard about the plane crash, watching the pictures on TV.

I wondered what happened, but didn't give it another thought.

Then I found out, I knew one of the people in the crash. He had his entire family on board.

He was my and my mother's eye doc.

I heard about this tragedy yesterday and my heart goes out not only to Dr. Erin and his family, but to all of the lives that were lost in that plane crash. How truly sad.

I was but one of his patients. The people who worked with him are having a hard time it sounds like. Pray for them please.

I hadn't heard about it until now. This is aweful news. Such a young family. Very sad.

My heart goes out to all the family members of these victims. What a beautiful family, very sorry Preacher. It saddens me most that these victims as well as the Oakland police officers that died in the line of duty get less publicity than the felon that what killed by the BART police a couple of months ago.
