Looks like ol' Jake is for real. The pre-game opinion was that NE would make Plummer beat them by shutting down Denver's ground game. I thought Plummer played extremely well. Denver will be tough to beat.

My own personal take is that special teams and the D were the only truly impressive aspects of Denvers game.
Plummer had a nice start - but then when things started to get tight he threw for 2/10 or something similar and missed numerous receivers.

There is no doubt that turnovers were key. Plummer did have great field position to help him out!

When you look at todays numbers, you think New England won. Brady threw 341 yards, and Plummer only 197. they also had 420 net yards, to Denvers 286. And then you go down to the turnover column, and it ruins it.

while i like plummer i wasnt impressed with denver at all. they got 21 points off 3 drives of 12 yds. reminds me of the easy points cowboys got off the steelers in the sb. steelers / indy shouldnt have any problem beating them.

When the Patriots scored a bunch of points off Steelers turnovers last year, we weren't allowed to say that we lost the game more than that the Pats won...And we won't accept the same arguments being used against us this year.
