What's up everybody? I've been looking for a Steelers message board and it seems I found a real good one. A little about me. I recently graduated college with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and will be going back this August for Business Administration. I am 24 years old. I have been a Steelers fan for 17 years, ever since I knew what football was. My family is mostly Steelers fans. The old community I used to live in is about 90% Steeler country. I have a cousin who is a Cowboys fan and my uncle is also a lifelong Cowboys fan, so you can imagine how heated it gets. Me and my other cousins, who are Steelers fans, are in front of the tv for every Steelers game.

Once the season begins, I am usually football 24/7. I'm constantly on NFL.com, ESPN.com, and any other site that has updated Steelers news. My routine usually includes getting up at 8 a.m. on Sunday, watching GameDay morning on NFL Network, NFL Today on CBS, and pulling out my Terrible Towel getting ready to cheer on my Steelers. My favorite player is Hines Ward (future Hall of Famer), and my favorite Steeler all time is the Bus, Jerome Bettis.

Key things I'm looking for this season:

improved offensive line- Ben is our franchise QB, so our line needs to be better than last year and keep Ben upright.

improved run game- We were 23rd in the run game last year. If we are to repeat as champs, we need our backs to stay healthy and produce on the ground so we can have a nice balance on offense. Mendenhall needs to step up to help out Willie.

Limas Sweed- Sweed has to step up this year and provide us with some size on the receiving core and be a solid third target for Ben. I've heard nothing but great reviews about him on the ESPN boards from people who seen him at camp.

Better play calling on offense- I shouted and cursed so much at Bruce Arians last year until it wasn't funny. He needs a better balance of play calling to keep Ben healthy.

Looking forward to the season and talking to you all. Go Steelers!

I agree that the O LIne needs to improve. Our D as a whole should improve. We need more than our #1 pick on the D LIne. They are getting old.
The Steeler organization needs to sign Reed, Parker and probably Hamp
