Between 12 and 15. My guess is 13-3.

hhmm what to choose..."At least 12 wins" or "between 12 and 15 wins," oh what a dilemma. :chuckle:

I think the Steelers win at least 12.
They'll definitely win the division with that many and after that, it's all icing.

if they start 2-0 they go 14-2

if they start 1-1 they go 12-4

if they start 0-2 they go 10-6

I'd say 13-3, maybe 14-2.

Are you concerned that if Ben should be injured there is no Leftwich waiting in the wings this season?

It's funny how most people thought Leftwich sucked last year untill he got some playing time for us, and now all of a sudden we are going to really miss him

If Ben misses a couple games, we will be fine. We have won with Batch before. If Ben has a serious injury, we are screwed just like any team is if their franchise QB gets hurt

Same here. I think there was a thread on this about a month ago.

Didnt somebody statistically prove that the Steelers would have 9.6 wins this year??

So, I guess this poll becomes meaningless then. :coffee:

Yep. There always seems to be a game like the Philadelphia game last year.

I think with the schedule we have it will be 13-3. As long as they don't get the Super Bowl hangover and lose to those dang Titans the first game. I hope they play with a vengance against those towel stompers. I hope it rains so they can stomp that fat pig's face in the Heinz Field mud.

thats was the eagles..... they were in the NFC Champ game...

the game before that with the Browns.. 10-6 was the worst of the year. it was the Browns... we won but eeeks by 4 and only scored 10......

12 - 4 :tt03:

12-4 sounds about right.

i think the loses we'll face will be last minute flukes and field goals. but i bet we'll go undefeated at home.

I'm going with 11-5. Everyone brings their "A" game when they play the SB champs. Plus too many players received contract extensions. Only a few guys are playing for money this year.

I'm predicting 11 wins, though they could hit 12-13. I think 11 is a fair guess though, so that's where I'll stay.

I'm saying 13-3 for the Steelers this year.
Loses come to the Chargers, Broncos, and the Ravens.
I hope I'm wrong.. and we go 16-0!

Broncos should suck this year and I think the Ravens will decline, with that said we will lose one or two that we should have one. 13- 3 would be my pick too...

Poll is about to close. Seems most are saying between 12-15 wins. And I agree. I see us going 14-2.

Every game is winnable this year out of our 4 losses last year 3 of them (NY giants Colts and Eagles) arent on the schedule and the patriots arent either so we actually have a weak schedule i would say at least 13-3 or better

Venom
08-11-2009, 06:56 AM
I will give them 12-4 this year. They may lose to the dolphins ( nothing to play for in last game of the year) to give them the 4th lose.
