for thiose without nfl network.

this is a really good interview where tomlin lightens up a bit as if he is chatting with one of his boys as opposed to the very professional, stone faced interviews he usually gives to the media.

highlights- talks about the potential of signing vick and how it was more important to pay attention to ben and protect him from the horrible accusations against him.

dan rooney is missed. he says that for the 1st time in his life one of his best friends is 78-79 years old and he misses the time they would sit and talk about things other than football.

asked who he turns to for advice he says its a lonely job and he isnt gonna be seeking out any of his contemporaries.

Not sure what he'll garner from that? But it's pretty cool to go back into legend and lore to a time when history was being made.

I doubt there is any one of us who feels the Steelers don't have a legitimate shot at repeating this year.

It's one week ... one game .... at a time!

The march has begun. :tt02:

Thanks for posting that

For me, every interview I see of Tomlin confirms that the FO really knows what it is doing...

Tomlin is just a Class Act through and through
