Do you think Shady keeps getting hurt because he cannot cheat anymore so the fkking bum has to hold down to the ball longer?
Shady played like a bum in Michigan because he is A BUM, the poster boy for this league is too weak to play in the NFL!!

Coach Cheat said it was a football decision, not due to an injury...But I can only hope he's hurt again.....That would just be horrible.....ha..ha..

So in theory, you're saying, that because he can't "cheat" anymore, his reads are not as easy as they once were and now thats leading to him holding on to the ball longer and getting hit more. Interesting theory.

Not sure how 18-0 happened if that's the case since the "cheating" was shut down before their SB run, but it sure as heck didn't look like they knew the Giants' defensive plays in the Super Bowl they lost. In fact, you could almost suggest that the final game of the season, the Giants ran a defense that maybe they hoped the Pats studied on game film, and then completely did something different. It looked almost like the Pats had the wrong answers for a test they thought they were cheating on and istead, Failed miserably.

Interesting theory anyway.

going with his theory .. the 18-1 was do to the Pats haveing alredy have had tape on most of the teams they played that yr .how much play calling and plays changes yr to yr on most teams ... that leads up to last yr 11-5, when good teams know to change plays when playing the Pats .. my theory this yr pats more like a 8-8 team ..:twocents:

Interesting theory anyway.had the patriots been allowed to continue their normal practice of taping signals vs. the giants in the final game of the '07 season, you can bet your bottom dollar the results of the superbowl wouldve been different.

most of the cheating for 1 game wasnt implemented until the next matchup. most of the edge gained in 07 was from prior taping of signals. (think of the 2 steelers match-ups in 04, and the edge they constantly seemed to have on their divisional opponents who they could tape twice a year.

Any team that was dumb enough to not change their signals in 2007 (or 2008) is stupid enough that they deserve to lose.

That really doesn't address stolen playbooks, or their propensity for intercepting radio signals.

Brady is a system QB, and they still have a good system. He'll probably throw for 3500 and have 25-30 TD's, but that is as much just being in one of the most QB friendly systems in history as it is anything about his ability.

Now, let's look at the facts. Brady is the most hit QB since 2001. The year he received the least sacks: 2007. Did any of you ever play football?

Well, he hadn't achieved "Untouchable Status" prior to that...how do you think he feels with the new holding rules? I doubt they will apply to NE, but WHAT IF? NE hasn't really been subject to offensive holding calls in a couple years....

Even Dick LeBeau admitted that they don't change their defensive signals that often.

Wow, how tough. :chuckle: Is that mean our QB hasn't seen anything at all, compared to how tough "the Goatboy" has been since ... mmmm ... 2001?

Probably holding onto the ball longer to feel out the new "Tom Brady" rule and see how the refs are going to call it.
