So the O line backups are Hills, Foster, Legursky, Urbik. Pretty much what I expected and hoped for.

So Logan is being classified as a WR?

I really thought Woods would have made it over Bailey...I guess Bailey as better ST ability.

I knew it! So we want him back next year. That could mean we're looking to dump Spaeth out on his ass if he doesn't perform this season.

Me neither, but it sounds like the new guy is practically a clone of him, maybe with slightly better hands. We'll be OK, and McHugh will be back. At least we didn't cut him.

.

That's because we didn't need no fatbacks

Yeah, but it sure makes next year's camp a make or break camp for him.

So McHugh does go on IR. Interesting, it means we have no lead blocker who has ever played a snap in an NFL game. I'm not saying it is the wrong decision, just interesting.

McHugh to the injured list hurts. But if David Johnson can contribute then WOW what a find late in the draft.

I asked Jim Wexel why Frank Summers over Issac Redman and this was his answer:

My thoughts too... which means they think either he will be THAT good... or THEy are that good to cover for him.

I'm suprised Woods didn't make the team. He looked really good in the preseason games. I bet he gets picked up by someone else. I'm happy with the decisions otherwise. Basically what I expected with just a few exceptions. I didn't think it would happen but happy we have a new FB!

Didnt Woods have a hammy problem in the Carolina game?? That might be the reason he didnt make it. They waned a healthy body with Timmons injured as well

I know  it kind of makes my screaming for Anthony Collins in the 3rd round 2 years ago feel even more frustrating.

At least it helps me to forget that we took Fred Gibson over Chris Canty :banging:

Glad to see Carey Davis got cut. Burnett should have been cut also.
