I wonder what the Steelers have up their sleeves. I can understand bringing in someone to try and improve our running game but the tight end I don't understand.

Maybe he is good at stealing picnic baskets.

hey, Boo-Boo

6'0, 221 pounds Jamall Lee who was the most productive player at the Canadian college level (nobody could stop him).

running a 4.39 electronic or laser 40 yard dash at 221 pounds!

maybe were going to trade Parker or Mendy for an OL player

I don't know. Maybe they feel he has the potential to play fullback?

I haven't lost hope in Frank the Tank, yet, though. He made some great blocks in the preseason. He whiffed on a few in his first real game. I'll give him a few more games to get adjusted.

Like Tomlin sad, " They will look at anyone who could possibly help the team." What about the O-Line? Is there no one possibly worth a look?

Would not get too excited Bear may be more of a project than a starter. Have seen him play and the Niners are desperate for players..............

"When you look at Bear, he's really a quality young man," Singletary said. "For him, it's a matter of getting used to the speed of the NFL, used to seeing guys that are big and fast coming at you and you have to block them. I don't know if at Fresno he was used to that. It's something he's going to have to get better at."

The problem is finding someone who is a quality offensive lineman who can fit under our cap. Right now, nobody out there is quality or they would be on a roster right now. Can we trade for someone? Yeah, but who and what would we have to give up? Not many teams will give up a quality offensive lineman.

Remember that they could be brought in and added to the practice squad. Lee probably has more potential than Justin Vincent and Pascoe could take the place of someone like Tyler Grisham.

... because two yards and a view of Ben's ass all the way down to terra firma is a precious thing. :chuckle:

in fact Pascoe would take Sherrod's place.

as far as Jamall Lee is concerned I think we should give him a try.I mean Justin Vincent has been rolling with the PS for 2 years now and still not able to make it to the final roster.Lets move on and bring in Jamall Lee the Quebec product from Bishop university.

Very interesting and how can you not love a player with the first name of Bear.
