Hi everybody -- I have been a Steelers fan since I started getting into football as a kid in the very early '70's. Was born in Pittsburgh, lived there for eight years before moving to the Chicago area. Spent a couple of decades in the south and attended the U. of Alabama, so I love my college football, too.
I am back in the Chicago area now and am a big fan of not only the Steelers, but the Bears, Packers (I know...how can you like both the Bears and Packers?), and Falcons (lived in Atlanta for 17 years). I'm bummed that I cannot attend today's game between the Bears and Steelers, but tickets are way too expensive here.
I've never been to a Steelers home game, and haven't been to my birthplace in years, so I'm hoping to visit Pittsburgh in late December to see the Packers game. If so, maybe I can meet up with some of you die-hards.
(By the way...any suggestions on the best way for me to get a ticket to that game without paying an arm and a leg? Stubhub? Something else?)
