Is anyone else on this forum overwhelmed by Brown Marmorated stink bugs? The little stinkers squeeze through the most impossible places to get into your house, windows, doors, etc..... I keep spraying them with Ant/Roach killer but they don't die very quickly.

I'd say find out what attracts them to figure out why your house is under siege.

I live in the Mon Valley, about 12 miles south of Pittsburgh, and I can tell you that they're common around here. They won't eat your garden plants but they are an eye sore. My cats love them, and thus, I don't have any problems at my house

I hate those things. I live two hours north of Philly and have to deal with 'em. They're actually harmless though, or atleast that's what we were told. They're just looking for protection from the weather and such. We called in an exterminator... haven't seen one since. lol.

we sometimes get these-

i HATE stepping on one of these bastards in the middle of the night.

vinageroons also stink, as they will spray acetic acid out of their tail when intimidated.

theyre all around, and i hear they eat scorpions so i dont kill them, plus they are really too big to sneak into the house (they love my arizona room, and front porch though)

I and many other Americans are allergic to their spray.... Yesterday one sprayed me and my hand had this burning feeling for 20 min.... if you're allergic you will feel a slight burning feeling after being sprayed (according to what I've read).:coffee:

I'm in Fla & kind of used to dealing with bugs, but if I ever saw one of Tony's bugs in my house I would absolutely flip my friggin lid! You would hear my scream for blocks!
But as far as the little stinkbugs getting in I wonder if there are holes in screens, cracks in doors, etc.
