Since stats are for losers anyway:

Ben was 22/31 (71%) for 276 yards...nice deep throw, too...a shame it was dropped :banging:
Willie! 3.72 ypc, not too shabby...something was going right with the running game, and don't give me that "but it was the bungles!!11!!" crap, this isn't the same crappy Cincy team we're used to seeing
Mike Wallace, 102 yards! I am yet again impressed by this guy...nice day, rookie!

What did YOU GUYS like about this game?

The run game showed signs of life. Wallace had a great game. O-line stepped up. But the dropped passes (Holmes! Sweed!) and secondary killed us.

Thank you Drucifer for a positive thread!!!...rep points coming your way!!!!

1) One sack allowed...very nice

2) Wallace showing us all why the FO doesnt listen to us in regards to drafting.

3) Wards entering a stratosphere of recievers that makes him one of the all time greats.

4) Signs of life in the running game.

5) Logan averaging 34 yards per return.

Ben has been the best player on both sides of the ball for us so far this season. he made a couple bad throws, but has really been more accurate than i have ever seen him. i have been very impressed with him, especially considering the lack or running game and inconsistent oline.

Now all we have to do is put all this together for a full 60 minutes. So maybe we have to carry the D until Troy gets back.Let's light em up. I don't think it's just Troy's play making ability that's lost. You look at how the rest of the defense plays when he's on the field. They seem tentative without him in the secondary. that makes the line work harder and they get worn down.It throws the entire balance off. I think Ty Carter has filled in pretty well.He put a pretty good hit on Owen Daniels. The guy probably has 50lbs on him.
