0. I sense a great disturbance in the Nation, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in whining, and were suddenly unable to be silenced other than through a server reboot.

1. Wow, what an annoying game to watch huh?

2. You know that seething, boiling feeling you have right now? You know where that comes from? Do you know why you are so ticked off this morning? Itís because the Bengals just beat the Steelers at their own game. The Bengals won this game the way the Steelers won these games last year.

3. Limas Sweed. You better pray that Mike Tomlin has better hands than you do because your career is about to hit the turf like so many touchdown passes that have been thrown to you.

4. Hey, realistically we canít expect the Steelers to sweep the division every year can we?

5. Last week we were told not to worry because it was an NFC opponent. So now we can panic right?

6. Whose fault was that pick for a TD? Holmes or Roethlisberger?

7. Where was Harrison, Woodley, et al?

8. Why couldnít the D get off the field on that final drive? Simple, the Bengals kept making plays. They would gain at least 10 yards in 4 or fewer plays.

9. 3 games in its still too early to get a definitive read on this team. Itís true that the important thing is how you finish and not how you start. But it seems foolish to ignore that this team looks an awful lot like the last ďSuper Bowl defendingĒ team. And yes, I use the term ďdefendingĒ loosely.

10. Itís a pity that Ward went over 10,000 yards on enemy turf.

11. I donít think anyone saw this game even being interesting in the fourth quarter. Shocking that they actually drew Nantz and Simms.

12. I recorded this game and I recorded the Bears game Ö perhaps I should stop doing that.

13. Willie Parkerís performance against the Bengals has more to say about the Bengals rush defense than it does about Willieís ability to be a feature back.

14. Mike Wallace was a bright spot but he stepped out of bounds on the deep ball. I am looking forward to seeing him correct that in the near future.

15. At the risk of being redundant (internally and externally) I must reiterate that this team, so far, has a serious problem living up to expectations. They cannot handle other teamís A game. Fortunately for us fans, if they keep playing the way they are other teams will likely stop bringing their A game because they wonít need to. Sad but true.

It's especially gut wrenching when you're at the game, surrounded by Bengals fans who wouldn't have attended another game if they had lost. At least us Steeler fans are tried and true.

It's tough to watch them lose like that but seeing that our weakness seems to be a lack of aggression on defense, I think it's something that can clearly be fixed.

Dare I say it ... we played like the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.

Isn't that what you are saying Redundantman?

If you ascribe to the theory that the Steelers play better when they are flying beneath the radar then ... well, there's not a much more effective way of getting beneath someone's radar than losing to the Bungles. If we're embarassed then I imagine Mike Tomlin is borderline suicidal ...

Hey Mike, enjoy walking past those 6 Super Bowl trophies on the way to your press conference today to explain how the Steelers blew two games in a row.

Heck, if they don't win another game this season (not a stretch by any means) they can all die happy now. All both of them.

That's harsh. I can't go that far. Yes, the Steelers certainly "Sweeded" aspects of the game but it wasn't all that bad.

Let's just say the Bungles looked more like the Steelers rather than saying the Steelers looked more like the Bungles.

The most interesting thing about all this is how the Bengals are now on everybodies radar. Why? They were dominated in this game and should have lost. They'll probably struggle with the Browns this week.

This has nothing to do with the quality of their team, and everything to do with poor production from the Steelers.

Nice post. I enjoyed it. Living in Bungleland, I'm still traumatized by this particular loss. The ignoramouses here kept flaunting it all in my face all day, but if I had stooped to their level, then I'd get called a poor loser. It makes it even harder when they don't even know what they are talking about. I did my best to represent with honor and pride.

The taped a picture of Willie and Ben in the lunchroom with Ben saying, "I'm sorry Willie, but I thought you were wearing black and orange today. "

WTF??? The dumbasses don't even know the difference between a running back and a wide reciever, let alone know what really even happened.

You should do a post like this after every game.

I can't wait for Sunday. I just want to get the stench and taste of this one out of my system.

I can't imagine what it must be like in Bungle-land. It is true that they have won their Super Bowl so yeah ... sucks being you. But look on the bright side, at least the Steelers get another shot at them this year.

luckily, you only have to deal with a loss to the Bungles every 4 years or so.
