this is a cool story showing the type of team unity lebeau has brought to the defensive unit. the fact that him reciting a christmas poem can captivate the players is pretty amazing.

takeo spikes has already told bills mgmt. he would rather have d. lebeau as his coach over anybody. i notice the bills have looked at jauron, and former steelers defensive coaches haslett and capers. yet they are no closer to hiring anyone. is their potential pursuit of lebeau the best keps secret of coach hiring season?

EXCELLENT read! Thanks for posting that. I truly believe he is one of the most special coaches in the NFL. I was so excited when he came back to us after the Bungholes dumped him. I really hope he wants to end his carrer with the Steelers. He is by far my favorite coach in the Steelers organization.
