Thanks, and no, haha. I was actually nervous as hell, I've never met anyone famous, much less one of my favorite players. :chuckle:

Great pictures,i am jealous.I have not been able to get back to pittsburgh to see a steelers game for years. And bret is one of my favorite steelers.Last season when the steelers were in town to play the vikings here in minnesota at the inflatiable toliet(the metrodome) me and my brother had front row seats. And he came over and shook my hand. And i wrote him a letter with a couple of pictures i took at the game to get him to sign them for me.And to my surprise i got the pictures back and a pair of signed game used gloves also. The guy is all class for sure.:tt:

We just took the tour. Our tour guide was a woman, and new. You could tell because she was a little nervous and didn't really know much steelers history. So were in the locker room, looking, taking pictures, and we realize she just left us there...i honestly wasnt being sneaky or anything but i was like screw it....i came all the way from florida, im gunna get a good picture. Same thing happened with the field. She would just leave us there...I'm like.....COOL. I followed all the rules in the locker room though....i didnt step on either steelers logo or cross to the other side where polamalu's locker is...i shot his pic from across the way...there was one group of people that actually had balls enough to sit in hines ward locker....that really pissed me off. i told them that wasnt cool. they said nothing and walked away.

but yeah...i highly recommend the tour...its only 6.50$ and i would have paid 10 times that...but check on the dates and times...it changes every month..

its really funny though...not one person from my family (that lives in pittsburgh/north hills area) knew about the tour. now they all want to do it. :tt02:

Not surprising at all for me to hear that after meeting him. He was a really down to earth guy...

An octabong?? Classic!:sofunny:

I can't wait until I can get a chance to make it to Pittsburgh and go to a Steelers and Pens game. Never been there before, but from what I've come across in forums like this and others, I know I'd be among my people atlast. And from what I've read I'd be warmly welcomed.

And on Keisel, I've read quite a few fan encounters that have had nothing but kind and appreciative words for the way he handled himself and his interaction with fans. The guy seems to have an abundance of cool running through him.
