Watching the game tonight? I'm not overly excited about this game, but I have been a bit under the weather and figure a quite night watching MNF is just what the doctor ordered.

To the game - please shut up about Zorn losing his play calling duties. ESPN is overplaying this so bad that I'm almost wishing for some Mike Vick stories.:banging:

I don't care much who wins, but I will root for Philly for two reasons. First, anybody but the Cowboys for the division. Second, Dan Snyder is the only person, other than Jerry Jones, whose failures bring a smile to my face.

this game could be good just because both teams are bad lol, but the eagles might be a little better so my prediction is 20-10 eagles.

I think it will be a large victory for Philly. Donovan play poorly last week. I expect him to light it up tonight Philly 31 - skins 17

Watching the game tonight?

definitely. i love american tackle football.

rooting for shady mccoy, and want to see if vick can finally get some significant action. plus if the skins totally melt down, i want to witness.

it could somehow shake out to be a good game, however 4 wins this weekend were by 28 points or more. im counting on the skins defense to be a bit better than that.

Memo

TO: Redskins Defense

From: Human with brain

Dear Sirs:

It would be advisable to cover Desean Jackson.

I wonder if Dan Snyder would pay me for this? :tap:

To: Redskins

Jason Campbell sucks. He is a waste of a first round draft pick. But it's okay, you'll be in the mix for one of the QB's that will be in the top end of the draft this year.

LOL at Randel El getting hit in the head by the ball. I'll always love the guy foe that trick play in Super Bowl XL, but I'm really glad he's not on our team anymore.

Is it just me or has Donovan Mcnabb been mediocre this year? No, he's actually been good this year. In 3 games he has 5 td's, 1 int, 612 yds, and a 93.8 passer rating.

If that wasn't personal foul takedown out of bounds, then what was it ref?

The NFL continues to embarrass itself with it's rules and officiating.

Question, in what way has Mcnabb been mediocre this year?:noidea:

I guess he hasnt played enough to make a very good judgement but they lost to oakland

Hes not a bad QB but hes not in the category of Ben, Brees, Peyton, and ....:puke: brady

I hope Philly implodes. They spent so much cash in the off-season trying to buy themselves a Super Bowl team... I hope it all falls apart.

(Though I think they'll definitely win this game.)

Well in fairness, when you play in a division with drunken spenders the likes Dan Snyder and Jerry Jones, you have to spend a bit to keep up.

He had 1 great WR (that I can think of) and that was T.O. Once you think what he's accomplished with only decent WR's, then you think he's a good QB.

agreed that the skins are horrible. this is a trainwreck and hard to watch. i hope the eagles start pouring it on. jim zorn looks like he's 70 years old and ready to leap off a tall building.

Still not in the same league as the guys I metioned and if you have decent WR's and your a good QB i think the numbers could be a little better, jackson is a beast dont tell me he isnt a good weapon

AND the Bengals and Bears are better then Oakland .....come on

(Though I think they'll definitely win this game.) You HAVE to spend money (and lots of it) in the off-season to have a chance in that division.

jackson is a beast dont tell me he isnt a good weapon No, he's a very good player. But he's only been here for 2 years. I'm talking about the years when Mcnabb had WR's like Pinkston, Thrash, and Freddie Mitchell.:chuckle:

AND the Bengals and Bears are better then Oakland .....come on I was just trying to say every team loses to teams they should (ordinarily) beat...

Jones maybe, but even that's been debatable over the past several years.

Snyder could spend $500 billion on 53 pro bowlers and still only pull out a 7-9 season. That guy has NO idea how to assemble a team.

I love the fact they stripped Zorn of his play calling duties and they still do lousy on offense. Its not the play calling, its the entire culture...........kind of like Oakland.

Yeah, especially since there are people who still complain that he left due to the fact that Snyder's an idiot who grossly overpaid him (along with a veritable boatload of other players who weren't worth the money) in FA, which is the main reason the Redskins suck.

And the Redskins in their current state are a picture perfect example of the kind of damage a "diehard fan" can do to a team when he has the cash to actually back up his armchair GM ambitions.
