Just got started, IMO Saints win this

should be a good game.

Hey, Verron Haynes is playing for the dirty birds.

Quick score for the dirty birds, i hope this is a all out shoot out final score 45-42 lol

Falcons went down the field and scored, Saints come right back and score.

You blitz Brees, he finds the hot routes. You sit back and play zone, he picks you apart. Sort of like a mini Peyton Manning. How do you beat him?

Same way you beat Peyton. You have to confuse him with what you are doing. Try to get the lead early. then hold on in the second half as he starts to figure things out. Just how we beat the Colts in the 2005 playoffs.

Agreed. Only I think he has a quicker release than Manning.

Drew probably does. Peyton also tends to out think himself sometimes.

Touchdown Falcons.

Nadroj 20
11-02-2009, 08:11 PM
Wow a defensive touchdown!

Steelboy84
11-02-2009, 08:12 PM
Wow, Brees got sacked. I'm shocked!

I think if you take away their running game, you at least know they have to pass.

But stopping that is another issue.

Ike Taylor vs. Brandon Marshall, looking forward to it.

I'm starting to question the Saints tackles.

They look beatable by good edge rushers.

They are certainly laying a blue print on how to get to Brees.

14 all.....like we said should be high scoring, i hope it continues like this.

Nadroj 20
11-02-2009, 08:37 PM
Turner has 84 yards rushing already....he could brake 200 easy if he keeps going like he is

Nadroj 20
11-02-2009, 08:39 PM
Bet Elam couldnt do that again if he tried lol

Steelboy84
11-02-2009, 08:39 PM
If no one overtakes the Saints in the NFC standings, it will be very difficult to go into that dome and beat them.

Steelboy84
11-02-2009, 08:41 PM
Vikings may be able to, but Jared Allen would have to have a field day.

Steelboy84

I like the Saints, but if I have to listen to much more slobbering with these announcers, things could change. "These guys love football'." Really .... and other teams don't?

Honestly, until that int, I have not been that impressed with with the Saints D.

Yeah, I used to like Jaworski just because of that one game on MNF when Ben threw 5 TDs against the Ratbirds and Jaws gushed over him. But after listening to Jaws profess his undying love for Brett Favre a few weeks back, I've had enough of him. And Gruden is pretty worthless in this capacity too.

Oh, I wouldn't agree there. I like Jaws, and I liked "chucky" when he started, but the act might be getting a bit stale for me already. He is starting to be over-the-top too much.

I think Elam needs to seriously consider retirement. Two horrible shanks in a temperature-controlled dome? And people bitch about Reed?

Now I see why youre in the booth and not in the sidelines. I wanna see Chucky the coach in the announcing not clean cut Jon Gruden, get nasty for once.

There going down weekly in my book as well. I just don't think they are anywhere near the worst ever. I still remember the Boomer Esiason experiment. Also, after Howard and "Dandy Don" moved on there were some poor fill ins. OJ was horrible on MNF, for one.

Wow! If that kicker worked in Pittsburgh we would have him tared and feathered.

Reed was already unfairly tarred and feathered after the Bears game for missing 2 while playing with an injury.

Well, considering that Carney is 45 years old, I do cut him a little slack. I have him in a couple of FFL's as he is usually pretty reliable.

Reed was tarred after the Bears game. He was feathered after the run-in with the cops. He was then submerged in boiling oil after the whiff on Harvin.

For the record, I don't dislike either team. I would like to see the Saints get knocked back one notch maybe, since they are undefeated and I don't want to have to start hearing all the chatter about going undefeated, which naturally leads to having to listen to the 72 Dolphins. Still, I wouldn't have a problem with either of these teams losing to the Steelers in the Super Bowl.:tt04:

If the Falcons had a veteran QB like Peyton, :sissies: or Ben they might have won this game at the end. I like Matt Ryan, his father Jack is an American Hero, wait ,...I confused myself ... never mind. Anyways, the kids going to be good, but I thought he made some young QB mistakes (like trying to force it to Gonz) down the stretch in this game.
