View Full Version : Preacher's big weekend Steelers' questions!

Man am I ever looking forward to being back in the burgh this weekend.

First, what is the weather like there?

Secondly, I have never been there when it says it will be as nice as the weather guessers say it will be (if you can follow that sentence). So, does it seem like shorts and a jersey weather? Shorts and a sweater weather? Jeans and jersey?

We are in the 200 level, section 209. Will the sun be warming us up most of the day? Or does that side get most of the shadows.

Honestly, this is the first 1:00 game I have been too, and the first time I have been on this side of the stadium.

Sure looking forward to it!

I don't know Preacher, I wish I could help but I haven't been there since 2003, I just don't like Heinz Field as well as Three Rivers Stadium.

I'm just piping in to say that you're a lucky dog. I knew from the onset that you chose the best of the remaining home games to attend and boy, it truly did turn out that way FOR SURE! Enjoy man, swing that towel and scream your lungs out.

Tiger neutering. Sunday November 15th 2009. 1:00 PM to 4:15 PM. Heinz Field. Pittsburgh PA.

62... Hmmm. I don't know. I grew up in Spokane, I've seen it real cold.

meh, I'm thinking jeans and a t-shirt under the jersey. I'll bring a sweater if teh weather gets worse.

The sun will be behind your and you will mostly be in the shade all day. I was at the Vikings game and it was warm in the sun, which i had the whole game and half my face turned red, but in the shade it got a little chilly. Id go Jeans and jersey over a long sleave shirt. maybe bring a light coat or sweater.

You'll be in the wind from the open end if their is any and the weather report says rain. dress warm. Last time I was their was in December of 2007 in a Blizzard. I thought Mongolia was cold but I damn near froze my ass off. The shops have all the cold weather Steelers gear so if you don't dress warm enough you can always get yourself some early Christmas presents.I wish I was going to be there too!

Go Steelers.

What a beautiful day... Temps were in the mid to high sixties.

Dressed in jeans, a t-shirt and jersey, and was HOT?!?! What in the world is that about?

I enjoyed the game. Good defensive effort. But that offense. Well....

And HEY....

Last time I came here, we lost the game but won the SB! I'll take that trade! :wink02:
