We traveled to Denver for a game last Monday
We left them asking “Whose stadium is it anyway?”
The Broncos had the # 1 defense and a record of 6 and 1
But that was going to change by the time we were done
The game didn’t go our way in the beginning
Eddie Royal kept catching passes and the Broncos were winning
A few punts followed - no one would score
And we don’t miss Berger - that’s for sure
Then Tyrone Carter picked one off and ran it back
And pretty soon our defense would get a sack
Then came another before the halftime break
We definitely had some adjustments to make
As the third quarter began it was time to start
To let Ben pick the Denver D apart
We took a slight detour from dominating this game
When Denver recovered a fumble and Ben took the blame
Just when the Broncos thought that the tide had turned
Ben was on fire and Denver got burned
Ben took the offense down the field - running and throwing
Holmes outran Bailey and just kept going
Hines would get the score - the first of his two
And for the rest of the game there wasn’t much the Broncos could do
They did however manage to pick off one of their own
Ben’s first interception in a while in the red zone
It didn’t amount to much and then both teams punted twice more
Then Troy intercepted and soon Mike Wallace would score
Now it was time to run the ball right down their throat
And this game was going to end on a positive note
This game was over - we already knew it
But Hines would score again - hurdling Bailey to do it
Carter picked off another pass to complete the domination
And the game was officially over in a victory formation
Next up is the Bengals at home in front of our crowd
Revenge is in store and Heinz Field will be loud
So bring it on Bengals and come ready to play
The answer to your question is still WE DEY!
