So, not sure if anyone else is watching this....Bengals lead the Raiders 14-10 at the half.
Gradikowski (sp?) threw his first TD in 3 years against them.

Still too early to tell, but maybe the Bengals lose this trap game against a crappy team this week too.

I really, really hope the Bengals lose....

I take back that score...it's 14-7. I wasn't paying attention and thought the FG attempt by the Raiders was a lot closer than it really was. It was a 63 yd. attempt and no good.

Still...the Raiders are keeping it close.

Hey, the Raiders beat the Eagles. The effects of an emotional letdown, bad team getting fired up to beat a first place team, rallying around a new QB, and east-to-west travel should not be dismissed.

14-10, they're hanging in there, Cincy missed a FG.

I would have gone for the 2 point conversion. They have nothing to lose. They played for a tie and will most likely choke in OT like you-know-who.

hahaha bungles fumbled on the kick-off!!!! hahahahahahaha

They slipped on the proverbial banana peel. the curse of the Terrible Towel just bites you when you least expect it. However, the Steelers are also getting schrapnel. Somebody better dial up Myron cope and see if he can right the ship.

I bet the Steelers feel really bad they missed an opportunity. On any given Sunday.... plus the Bungles just came off an emotional victory against the Steelers. Just goes to show what an achievement it was to win the Super Bowl in 2005.

Coaching 101:

Just goes to show what happens when you immerse yourself in all that media hype like a rock star. Football players don't play musical instruments or take requests. They play for points and a championship. They take hits and have to show up in prime mental and physical condition or they are going to lose to an inferior team.

What makes a Steeler lose hurt more , having the Bengals lose the Raiders. We could of been tied with them ( second, with tie breaker ) Now next week we have the Ravens and the Bengals have the Browns !!! Ugh

I wouldnt say it makes it hurt more, sure it would have been better if we won and tied up with the Bungals but if the Bungals won today they would pretty much be a lock for AFCN instead we are still in the race

Well, if we HAD to lose against a garbage team like KC, migt as well do it in a week where all the other division foes lost as well.

Yes, it's a missed opportunity to even up our record with Cincy, but lets be honest...if we continue to play the way we have the last two weeks, we are going NOWHERE in the playoffs.

Maybe the Raiders have found a qb now.

They still need a coach.

According to the announcers, Murphy didn't know he was allowed to come in on the off day and watch film/use the Jugs machine. That is a direct reflection on Tom Cable.

It also helped Oakland that the receivers weren't dropping passes that hit them between the numbers or committing penalties every time they made a big play.

Cable sucks. It really doesn't/won't matter who the coach is... he's just a yes man/scapegoat in this franchise. Untill Al is gone, this franchise is just spinning it's wheels in futility. There will be the sporadic bouts of success, but nothing of any consistent nature. we are a team in limbo, waiting to be set free. :sadpace:

Maybe the Raiders have found a qb now.

Nah, they just found a guy with a noodle arm that can read a defense. Gradkowski is kind of Chad Pennington with a weaker arm and a faster 40 time.
