Since you failed to even try, I don't expect to see your particular brand of ignorance and idiocy around these parts until July 25th (I'll give you the extra 2 hours).

If you come back sooner, you should be banned until midnight of July 24th, 2006, you coward.

Ok cleve. You I'll take on. You have a little class. You know football.

When and if the Steelers win this SB, we'll talk about crowning them. Right now the New England Patriots are the winners of the last SB. Right now the Steelers are just one in a long line of pretenders to the thrown. The Steelers and the Hawks stand at 0-0 and will until the final whistle blows. Then and only then can you say this Steeler team has walked the whole road.

Agreed that the Pats are still reigning champs, sort of anyways. Now that they have been knocked off their perch. It really has nothing to do with them. I have NO problem admitting that the job is not finished. We need to seal the deal! But if your not in the game, you can`t win it, and we are there. I have given the pats their props over and over, it would have been pointless to argue how good they were, especially after winning 3 of 4. But that is now old news, for the most part anyway!

HW, a little class? Come on thats the most love you can show me?

The Patriots are out of it. I never said otherwise. The Steelers are in it. I never said otherwise. But no one has won it.

As for "how good they were"? They'll be back. Take Bruschi's word on it.

your little world of internet smack talk will come crumbling down if the steelers win the superbowl huh? pathetic. the thought that the patriots wont go down as the greatest team of all time (as i am sure you have stated) is just killing you. oh well, atleast you have the sox to fall back on.

I don`t doubt that they will be back. They are young , and BB is still a great coach. I also believe that we will be strong for a long time. This so called parity thing isn`t working real well, some teams never get good, lions, brownies, and some teams always find away to hang around the playoffs, year after year.

Funny thing, when I wrote " how good they were" I almost capitalized WERE, I didn`t but you caught it anyway! LOL

There is only two teams left though.

So all the pats talk is like beating a dead horse!

Yes, it looks like you may be good for a long time.

As to "beating a dead horse". The stadium is still there. The coach hasn't died. The QB is just as competitive as ever. Nothing dead about the Patriots except for this season. But like the eastern sun it all comes up again this summer.

LOL I`m sure you, of all people, knew what I meant. the next two weeks, there is no need for the dead horse talk. Its 90 % Steelers, 9% seattle, and 1 % pats

Well, I may talk a little more the 1% Patriots, but in here, for you, it's the Steelers time to shine. I wouldn't try and put a damper on that Cleve. >>wink<<

I will give Cowher props for skinning that cat. He's done a good job. I've noticed a different look in his eye this seasons. I started noticing it last summer. He knew he had the final pieces of the puzzle.

As far as I'm concerned the Pats stopped being the champs when they were eliminated. The throne is vacated, and we're gona take it! :helmet:
