5 to start 8 redundant threads on al gores claim to have invented the energy-efficient compact fluorescent light bulb.

50 to bitch about al gore.

9 to advocate kerosene lamps and wood burning stoves.

1 to astutely reply "too bad internet flame wars" cant light the room.

1 other to tell said person to go f&(k off, and that they have been pwned.

1 to randomly note that the bengals suck.

1 to ask if we have a smiley icon of a light bulb to represent an idea.

:chuckle:

1 to state the old light bulbs lack the "suddenness, glide, and illuminescense" of the newer ones.

1 to declare the new bulb in the storage closet a bust because it only gets used once every 3 weeks.

2 to say that the new bulbs are expensive and a bust if they are not used more and should probably be used less because if they are used too often they will be too expensive to replace or retain.

1 to say if we are going with the new bulbs we need to change the title of the thread because they are more of a spiraled tube as opposed to a bulb.

1 to post about the danger of switching to the 'greener' Mercury Light Bulbs that are actually dangerous and are now being shown to not last as long as they we were being told they would last when we changed.

Oh...

Great Freaking Post by the way. Made me laugh the entire time and I pointed out at least 5 areas that I'm guilty of...but love it!
