Sanchez throws a perfect pass, Braylon Edwards was wide open with nobody within 10 yards of him and nothing but open field to the end zone....and he drops it.

Like you said same old Braylon. Pretty darn sad for a former # 3 pick

Is it me, or did somebody yell "You homo!" at Sanchez as he hobbled into the locker room? Did I hear that right?

Ryan Fitzpatrick to Alligator Arms isn't exactly Peyton Manning to Reggie Wayne....

Ryan Fitzpatrick to Alligator Arms isn't exactly Peyton Manning to Reggie Wayne....true, but fitzpatrick could probably toss w. gay and i. taylor a medicine ball in the weightroom and theyd probably drop it.

Just trying to make ya feel better - I think "what if" when I see Revis play too. :chuckle:

Yeah, I saw this last night and it made me laugh my ass off. I know that he redeemed himself later in the game, but that had to be one of the most embarassing drops I've ever seen.

I don't understand it...he caught almost everything thrown his way in 2007. He caught 80 balls, had 16 TD's, and of his 80 catches 58 were for first downs.

He DID drop some passes....12 that year. But Brandon Marshall had 15 in 2007. TO had 17 in 2006. You get thrown to a lot you're going to drop some balls (and some of those "drops" are balls that hit hands but may have been otherwise extremely difficult to catch balls).

It's one thing to be like Limas Sweed and never succeed at the NFL level, another to be a Ted Ginn and at least have some mitigating factors, but Braylon Edwards played at a high level in college, PLAYED WR in college, AND had success at the NFL level before mysteriously regressing. I thought for sure the change in scenery would help him immensely, but he's been underwhelming since the move...
