With no meaningful football left for this year I'll be catching up on all my shopping early this year. I'll still be watching the last 3 games. I just won't be paying such close attention to the other games and watching all the playoff contenders hoping for losses. No more shopping for beer and snacks for a little football party with my buddies.

I see extra freetime on Thursday nights, Monday nights, and Sunday's for the rest of the year.
Enjoy your extra time off this year Steeler Fans, it'll be right back to work next year all the way until February.

It's seasons like these that make me glad that hockey lasts for 7+ months lol. I can't wait for the Olympics either.

That's true. But a lot would have to happen.
For starters, we need to win out and finish 9-7.
Then,
Denver or Jax need to lose 3 of their last 4 games. If one of them doesn't, Denver will be at least 10-6 and Jax. would be at least 9-7 with a tiebreaker against us.
Then,
Automatically Balt. and Miami would not be able to finish better than 9-7 since we would have beaten them both by us going 9-7, but we need them each to lose 1 other game to both finish 8-8 as they would hold tiebreakers.
Then,
The Jets would need to lose 2 of their last 4 to finish 8-8 as they also would own a conference record tiebreaker.

My guess is, the first thing on this list doesn't happen and it's a mute point. But it is mathematically possible.
