well since you offered :D .. how bout, instead of the square image infront of each forum, which shows yellow for new posts, or just darkened if there are no new posts in the forum. How bout a small image of a steelers helmet there instead. shown in color for new posts, and black/white for no new posts.

I must say I like the willingness to listen to input, give a try, and the speed at which you do it. Mike, I am greatly impressed again. However, is it my screen, but I can't tell which has new posts and which doesn't. Both look like the same Steeler helmet. Maybe for new posts you give us a mini Lombardi trophy or something.
