PITTSBURGH-After losing their fifth straight game, in embarrassing fashion to 1-11 Cleveland Browns last Thursday night, the Pittsburgh Steelers have a record of 6-7 and are looking to play the role of spoiler as the Green Bay Packers come to town.

Winners of five straight, the Packers have the fourth best record in the NFC, yet are currently the fifth seed and trailing the Minnesota Vikings by two games for the NFC North division crown.

Pittsburgh, on the other hand, is going in the opposite direction, fast. The Steelers are hoping to avoid their first six game losing-streak in nearly 10 seasons. No other Super Bowl winning team has lost six in a row. The New York Giants are the only other Super Bowl winning team to lose five in a row the following season, which was back in 1987....

They say a team playing like the Steelers are playing is a very dangerous team so lets see if we can go and beat the Packers.

I just want to witness a Steelers team fight on Sunday. It sure would be nice to get a victory again.

The key will be getting pressure on Rogers early in the game and putting it in his head its going to be another one of those long days where he is sacked a lot like happened to him early in the season. Driver and Jennings are having pretty good years, each with over 800+ yards. Grant is having a good year as well running the ball with already over 1000 yards rushing. Their FG Kicker really drops off when he attempts kicks over 40 yards so keeping them out of the redzone could pay off with missed field goals early on.

On offense, we have to be careful with the balls, 2 turnovers will lose us this game for sure, we have to also be ready for them to attack our passing plays, especially after the 8 sack debacle of last week. They will be coming hard. Its a 3-4 Don Capers Defense with some pretty good linebackers. We need to really watch out for exotic blitzes and what not. Alot like the Ravens and Jets are currently using. Plus, their corners are playing really good lately, so getting deep balls on the sides will be tough, going to have to focus on underneath short routes and crossing patterns. Woodsen is having a pro-bowl year, with 8 picks and 2 Tds and 57 Solo Tackles. They have 29 sacks on the year, Mathews the linebacker with 8 of them. They are # 2 in total defense, They are also + 18 in the turnover ration compared to us at -5.

By dangerous, do you mean some of the stink from the Steelers might rub off on the Packers?
