I wanted to thank all of the Forum members for some insightful and not so insightful chat throughout the year. Just remember that most everyone on here is a diehard Steeler fan and they may write something from the heart at the time that they really don’t mean but at the heat of the moment may come out a little harsh.
As I sit here and write this I can’t but almost face the fact that tomorrow will be our last game this year. Although I think we will beat Miami I just think the other teams will not cooperate. I do think if we did get in we would do some damage even with our current team. I really hate to see the Jets get in the way they will but as everyone said we made our bed so now we have to lie in it. I however would love it if Cinci lays down tomorrow to keep us out and the Jets come back next week and beat them.
If this is in fact our last game of the year I wish all of Steeler Nation a great 2010!

Seriously, though - there has been a lot of great football discussion and opinions rendered - some that I've agreed with, some that I've disagreed with - but good, respectful discussion makes for a healthy forum! :drink:

I'm going to continue to keep the eternal optimism I live my life by and :hope: that today's game against the Fins won't be our last this season, but if it is, so be it. There are so many positives associated with being a Pittsburgh Steelers fan but one positive that has always stood out to me is that when the Pittsburgh Steelers are knocked down for a season or two, they always find their way right back up to the top. :tt02::tt04::hatsoff:

I just want to think Gary and Marianne for being great mods and putting up with some of the BS on here. I think we have it lucky to have them not some Big Head who thinks there sh_t don't stink. We have some good members on here that knows there football and I am just glad that I am part of Steeler Fever.:drink:
