Cavs head coach Paul Slias was fired today. This team is in second place. And they fired thier coach? Hey it works for me, I hope they never win a championship. Lebron is great, and he may be the man in cleve, but he`s the only man here.

the cavs weren't playin with heart or discipline. When u have talent like Lebron james, Zydraunus Ilgauskus, Drew gooden and others, and u dont win, it all falls to the coach, Similair to whats happening in minnesota.

As for Silas[notes no disrepect to the doggfather Snoop]I can understand where in the NBA they can fire you on a whim, but who is the miracle worker for the rest of the year? I can understand if they do the right thing and go after Flip(cause I'm a big Flip fan), but Silas is a stand up guy, no way you slap him by letting him go mid season. Stock up...Silas for not saying anything. Stock down...Cleveland, cause you now know why you have no championships. If we opperated that way Cowher would have never led us to a 15-1 season last year. We would have been stuck hiring some Pats assistant in order to see what a Super Bowl ring looks like...oh wait...

Good call. Silas was on the verge of taking the cavs to thier first playoofs in many years. Paxson should have been fired if anyone. Everybody in Cleveburgh thinks Paxson brought them Lebron. The ping pong ball brought them Lebron, not Paxson. And thier shitty record gave them more ping pong balls than anyone else, so in two years Silas has taking them from a bunch of ping pong balls to a shot at the playoffs.

:blurp: The best thing for Cleveland right now would be Phil Jackson. He would work wonders with Labron and the Cleveland squad.

man wtf every single time a coach gets fired, they bring up phil jackson

he's not gonna come back

if he does, which is a tiny chance, he'll come to coach a big time player like lebron. but still, i doubt it

cleveland doesnt have enough firepower and talent around labron to make it worth his while.. he's not getting any younger..

i think phil will be back don't know if he will be in clevland but i do know with the new onwners in cleveland i think they could afford him, and would be willing to spend the money on him. (if he was willing to go to cleveland)
