Looks like Charlie Weis has agreed to become the offensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs. There goes my Christmas gift . ::frown:

It's no question he brings a lot to the table... :chuckle:

I mean, he has an ass in the front, as well as the back.

Just heard on ESPN that Crennel is going to be meeting with the Cheifs and could be their DC.... seems cheifs are trying to bring the Patriots winning ways and coaches to their organization

Wonder if they are gonna be bringing in an experianced camera man as well?

Interesting developments. Key to this, if Crennel accepts the DC job, I believe the Browns are off the hook for some of his salary...which could lead to some increased options in THEIR hunt for a new HC, should that actually be the case.

Otherwise, Crennel will be a fine DC. Not sure about Weiss as OC since his tenure with NE was HEAVILY tainted and he did exactly jackshit after he left...

Good hire for them. Maybe Cassell will be worth all that money now

This has to give the Chiefs a big boost on offense. Weiss knows his stuff and should help them alot.
