I want Alabama to win, Hokies put up a valiant fight but fell short....

I want to see Cody and McClain have beastful game, maybe i want them to play absolute shit so their draft stock and drop and get both of them somehow....

ROLL TIDE

Rolando McClain was sick and not present at Media Day, expected to be "OK" for game time.

Sometimes i am grateful for what i have or get.

Doesn't look like that's going to happen at the rate Alabams is playing now.

It's not Alabama's fault that Texas has absolutely NOTHING behind McCoy. And McCoy being out is NOT an excuse....Bama knocked him out....

Bama is too physical anyway. Colt being in would have made it closer, but the Longhorns couldn't beat the Tide.

A little more interesting championship game now, 24-13 Bama.

I dont think so, during the national championship the two heisman candidates including the winner havent played the whole game! that kinda sucks IMO

Trent Richardson has been VERY effective. Why risk Ingram? He already won the Heisman and Bama has the Championship all but wrapped up...he has nothing left to prove until next Fall on Sundays....

They dont have a game next week :chuckle:

IMO national championship you would like to have your heisman winning RB in there and if he isnt its because hes hurt bad enough to not come back in....not because they dont want to "risk" anything.....

also he has to return to school next year hes only a sophomore

Isn't it funny how it's always right after the commentators say something like "Texas gave up 9 sacks against Nebraska, but have given up zero to Bama", Bama sacks Texas and forces the fumble that will probably cost Texas the game?

And there's Ingram....back in the game and salting this game away for the Tide....

while i really couldnt care less who won ( i would actually rooted for bama but i cant stand to see snake saban win anything so) i was pulling for the longhorns.

i blame limas sweed. he dropped WAY too many passes tonight.

pretty shitty game. atleast they made it worth watching in the 2nd half.

ROLLLLLLL TIDE ROLL!!!!
I'm going to say that Ingram earned his Heisman trophy tonight more so than ever! I'm on cloud 9 right now.

I do feel bad for McCoy - I wanted to see him go head to head with our D all night long - and for it to be his last game of his Senior year with Texas AND a championship game my heart broke for him. Gilbert held his own for a "wet behind the ears" freshman QT. I expect great things from him in 2010.

I was extremely impressed with mcclains leadership minus penalty, reminds me very much of the jams farrior of younger years.
