Due to the rumors going around saying that Kurt Warner is going to retire after this season , do you think he worthy of the Hall of Fame ? He has 33,000 passing yards , over 200 TD passes , Super Bowl Championship with the Rams ( with MVP ) and 3 Time MVP . I think yesterdays game vs the Packers sealed it . I say yes . :toast:

This is a tough one to decide. He has good numbers...but he's almost always played in a pass happy offense. Playing with guys like Isaac Bruce, Torry Holt, Anquan Boldin and Larry Fitzgerald is going to detract some from his numbers. Plus, when you consider what he didn't do with the Giants...the voters may feel he's more a product of system/stellar recievers than of him being a great QB. Right now, i'm leaning towards no...but it's a close no.

I don't see why he would want to retire he is playing for a decent team has 2 great receivers and they went to the SB last year and are in the playoffs this year. Unless he has some physical ailments why retire he is playing his ass off and putting up great numbers.

As for the question I would have to say yes he deserves a spot in the HoF at some point maybe not immediately but he does deserve a spot.

Maybe he wants to go out on top. Maybe, all the hits he took (particularly while playing for Martz) has caught up to him (he's not exactly a spring chicken.)

He's made his legacy...and if I had to guess, i'd say that the writing is on the wall in AZ. This is their last shot at the SB as they are currently constructed. Boldin will likely move on...and while Breaston has had some decent games...NFL CB's won't confuse him for Boldin next season. (I could be wrong though...)

Without winning another SB, he might get in as a senior. He has been very competitive with the Rams and Cards, but he also has that Achille's heel where he blows up with multiple picks to throw games away.

If he wins another SB, then yes he deserves to go in quickly.

He had a great game against the Pack, good thing the refs didn't call the facemask on the Cards on the last play in OT or the Pack would have won.

Yes. And there's no question that he will go in. The whole "grocery bagger to SB MVP" will get him in....

Does he deserve it? I don't know, maybe, but deserving it and making it are two different things.

Hall of fame quarterbacks are usually quarterbacks who did great in the post season. And he's played more post season games than most quarterbacks. Has many post season records. Plus he does charity and all that stuff, even though he does it because he wants attention and thinks he's the next Jesus, he'll get in, maybe not on the first ballot, but by the 3rd-5th time he is on the ballot he'll get in.
