Obama is "a light skinned black man with no Negro dialect unless he wants one"?

Are you effing kidding me?

If a Republican said this, he'd not only be forced to resign, they'd skin him and crucify him on the DC mall for all haters to see and throw stuff at him/her.

Won't matter....the sheeples will fall into place and toe the party line....this will end up being something bad about the GOP even though it was the DEMS leader who said this incredibly racist over-the-top ignorant statement.

Its always interesting how one's words betray. It's consistent with the party.

The makers of the film Avatar are racist too because a couple of white people helped save some blue, 9feet tall aliens from humans. My word!!!! Someone needs to put an end to all this rascism in our sci-fi movies!!!

Blagojevich is pretty damn dumb too...

Rod Blagojevich-"I'm Blacker Than Obama"

"I shined shoes. I grew up in a five-room apartment. My father had a little laundromat in a black community not far from where we lived. I saw it all growing up."

Harry Reid is a bumbling idiot with the class of an artichoke.

Saddeset part of all is that the Sheeple will see nothing wrong with what he said and continue worshipping at the altar. :shake02:

Most interestingly, Obama himself seems to have no problem with all the racism apparent in all his closest lieutenants. Doesn't that make him a bit of an Uncle Tom?

Barry needs Reid to pass healthcare then he'll warm up the bus and run over him.

I think Reid should resign from the Senate immediately.

(Of course, as is usually the case, I have an ulterior motive--the R governor would appoint an R replacement and Obamacare would be dead in the water.)

bho ain't an "Uncle Tom". He's a marxist. His agenda is marxist. All he cares about is the destruction of the United States, which by the way, is 13% black. Everything he does is to that end. To understand how important black people are to bho, note how he treats his kin in Kenya. He doesn't give a @#$%.

If "racism" were anything but a convenient bait to him, he'd have launched on reid. "Sides, he doesn't need to. The Sharptons of the world have the ball. bho is viewed as "presidential" by staying above the fray.

took me a sec to get the pic above....hand over heart....kindergardners know that....at least they used to.
Although I can't stand Reid, he shouldn't resign, nor should repubs force the issue..hes probably dead to NV at this point anyway. it was a stupid remark, but harmless in context. problem I have is the double standard of what was done to trent lott (course a lot of repubs forced him out as well), who said an offhand throw away complement to a hundred year old man. do you honestly think (especially at the time he said it) that he was specifically referring to thurmond's segregationist stance? come on.
ive been thinking of late, and maybe one of you guys are thinking the same or can answer, has the blatant hypocrisy of both sides ever been so blatant? that these politicians can say whatever they want the way they are doing at the moment and no one sees it?
1) reid's statement and the overwhelming support he gets from the Dems (including all black dems) while the first black head of the RNC has a problem with it, and they mock him openly.
2) maxine waters can say to Big Oil during a hearing that (paraphrasing here) "this liberal will socialize...(long pause as she knows shes screwed up)...will take over your companies"
3) howard dean (former DNC head and pres candidate) says to a group (paraphrase) "...its not whether or not we choose socialism or capitalism...its that we pick which one or parts works best and use it"
4)the sacred cow sarah palin has been shown in numerous scenarios from numerous people that she is not really that bright (as far as national and global issues), but she constantly pooh poohs them and calls everyone liars.
5) czars for Obama seem to love chavez, castro, mao, etc. but when called on it deny or pooh pooh that.

i could go on, but this is all i could think of.
this stuff is wide open, out there, and obvious...but at the same time, its like its so blatant, these things do not exist.
i have been following politics real close since '03 and casually forever, but can not remember the blatant audacity and hypocrisy being this bad.

I'm so glad that racist comments are the highest thing on the agenda of our government. It's absolutely pathetic.

Our whole system of government needs to be scrapped and re-created and brought up to speed. Nothing is working. Votes can be bought. We think we are electing people to speak for us....yet we're basically just handing them a job that hands them humongous checks so they vote however the drug and insurance companies want them to vote. That goes for republicans, democrats, whites, blacks, hispanics, etc.

As a good friend of mine said the other day - we could probably do an "enie, meenie, miney, mo" in the phone book and come up with better candidates to lead our country in the right direction than the current collection of boneheads (both parties) that are in power now.

took me a sec to get the pic above....hand over heart....

I don't think it's so much "hand over heart" as it's the LEFT hand---should be the right

(although, sometimes when photos are put into print they are "backwards" (like a mirror image) and right and left are reversed...so this may actually be the case in this photo....

BUT in the new world of digital photos, this USUALLY is not the case
AND, given the subject matter in the photo, it really would not surprise me at all if the POS...oops!, er...POTUS didn't know that he was supposed to use the RIGHT hand when saluting the Flag. (Commander-In-Chief my @ss)

UPON FURTHER REVIEW...

I am wrong.

Look closely at the photo----at the hand over the "heart"
There is a ring on the finger----

Therefore, the image is not reversed and the POS is actually using the wrong hand to salute The Flag.

A picture DOES say a thousand words...

(What is with this guy? Really.)
He truly has No Idea what it means to be President of the United States of America.
But he certainly has figured out how to eff it (The United States of America) up

That can just as easily be doctored.

In fact, the right doctored a photo of Daschle a few years ago doing exactly the same thing and they got busted because of the wedding ring. So whoever did that picture could have been thinking of that.

It takes a little more work but it's easy to do.

The rings and lapel pin are easy

but what about her hair? It is also going to the "alleged" left as well---I usually don't pay much attention to her, but I think she wears it to the left...

In any event, he sucks...
(IMO---so I don't have to defend this point of view)

Yes, he does.

But the fact that Bush sucked didn't make it OK for Dan Rather to lie about his National Guard record, and the fact that Obama sucks doesn't make it OK for us to make things up about him.

Who cares about left or right...look at their freaking expressions. Have you ever seen a more dour/glum expression? That's the first things I noticed. I didn't need to see much more than that.

I've looked at it blown up. I don't see any signs that it was Photo Shopped. Lapel pin, rings, jacket button, etc aside, the fabric tones and all the shadows are correct. Thats the hard part. To "doctor" that pic you'd have to have pics of his and her left arms in similar garb, similar light and similar position, and it'd be a b@#$% to get it right.

IMHO, the better explanation is that is who they are.

Now, if this is "doctored", there is sufficient skill there that the obh camp should have his "birth certificate" redone by this artist. :chuckle: The one they presented is pathetic.

But we're way off the topic of whether reid is a racist. :coffee:
