First of all I would like to say that these are just my opinions and I know that there will be some that will disagree and thats fine. But these are some of the players that intrigue me. In no particular order these are my favorites so far.

S Eric Berry 5'11 203 lbs Tennessee
This guy has superstar written all over him, but most likely will be gone by 18.

DB Joe Haden 5'11'' 190 lbs Florida
We might actually have a chance at this guy, but we will have to see.

DB Patrick Robinson 5'11 194 lbs Florida State
This guy has all the skills you look for but has been kind of inconsistent.

OG Mike Iupati 6'6 330 lbs Idaho
The only question here for the mamoth is that his play against lesser competition. From what I have seen and heard about this guy he would be a very nice addition to a questionable Steelers offensive line.

ILB Rolando McClain 6'4 258 lbs Alabama
I love this guy and he fits the Steelers mold at LB. Mean and fast and makes lots of tackles. Most likely wont be here at 18 and would not suprise me if he goes in the top 10.

DT Terrence Cody 6'5 365 lbs Alabama
This guy is a mountain of a man that would help the Steelers transition away from Casey Hampton. I look for the Steelers to Franchise Hampton myself and that would give Cody a year to sit behind him and learn the game for a year.

RB Jonathan Dwyer 6'0 235 lbs GA Tech
This guy has haunted the whole ACC from his freshman season on and he is a bull runner who would be just what the doctor ordered for the Steelers short yardage needs. I live in NC and I have seen this guy play alot for the Yellow Jackets and he is for real.. Mark It Down

RB Joe McKnight 6'0 190 lbs USC
This guy has the tools to be a Great 3rd down player as he can line up in the backfield or you could spread him out and throw the ball to him or use him on trickery plays. Not an everydown back though by no means.

I really like this list and some of the guys you have on it. It would take something crazy for Berry or Haden to be available at #18, though, and McClain is basically in that same boat. All three players are guys I'd love to see in Steelers jersies.

I've been really high on Iupati for a while. I got to watch him a few times this year and he is an animal, especially when pulling around the edge. He'd be a great fit for us, and there's a chance he'll still be there when we pick in the first. I know interior lineman don't often go in the first, but I really think he warrants that pick.

I like Patrick Robinson, but also take a close look at Brandon Ghee from Wake Forest. He's a good cover guy and is very physical, even being a few pounds shy of 200 lbs.

I'd almost love to see the Steelers trade up for a Berry or Haden, though. I like your style.

If they are great defensive players then they are steelers materials. I just wish this year we'll get another mean joe greene. That guy was one out of a million.

DB Kyle Wilson from Boise State has really impressed me as well so far during Senior Bowl week. This guy breaks on the ball very well and if he can actually catch the ball he could be a very dominant player for the Steelers for years..
ILB Daryl Washington from TCU has also caught my attention. This guy is everywhere and from what they are saying along with his coaches he has an awesome work ethic.
RB Joe McKnight might be a nice addition if the time is right. He adds a weapon out of the backfield in the passing game and thats something the Steelers seem to be doing more of lately is the passing game.
